OK .. so I didn't twist it or sprain it or anything.. it was OK at 4pm and I've been sitting on the couch watching Harry Potter.... then suddenly at 5pm ... it starts swelling... it feels real hot.. and I can hardly stand on it!

I do a lot of exercise.. like 2 hours a day.. but I have had this week off.. I'm 46 and I have arthritis in my shoulder but otherwise I am healthy... well..... I suppose I am a bit stressed and my blood pressure is a little high because of it... but otherwise.. you know.. I'm like a nimble 30 year old!

So what's this all about? Doctor doesn't open till tomorrow morning.. will he amputate it?

Anyways, im 16. I am fat but i been lifting weight and working out saince i was 14. I bench 315 and my upper body is big and toned. my biseps are about 19' and my traps are toned and stuff. i have a good looking face and hair, but my abs have a lot of fat thought my waist dosent look as big becouse my shoulders are broad.
