I grew a lot during middle school but I haven't really grown a lot in high school so far. Will I have another growth spurt? Is there anything I can do to help my growth height wise?

i grew a good 1 to 2 inches after high school.

you'll probably grow a little more.

eat healthy foods -- it's especially important when you're growing.

Everyone is different some people are really short in high school and then turn out being really tall, on the other hand some people stop growing in high school so you never know. Also I have not heard of a way that you speed up the process of growing taller but, that does not necessarily mean there is not a way.

Hope I helped!

Yes , I believe you will grow a few inches taller. I stopped growing when I was 18. So you do have a chance for growing some more. And no there is nothing that could help one grow taller.
