Well sounds like you, are preoccupied in your waking hours of getting laid. Learn the difference between your bodies desire and controlling it . As far as it being gross that is about as far from the truth as you can be. Maturbation, or self gratification, is perfectly natural ask any doctor. Infact some have to or it causes very large and hard bumps above the genitile area. But of the same token anything can become habit forming. Finding a girlfriend might help some but, to view women as a depository is imoral and wrong. Figure out the difference between being loved or being in love and sexual desire. Sex is a most extradinary feeling but it not the most important thing in life.

I understand your feelings about this day by day, I was like you before and even thought I lost my life, gods grace I met a good doctor and he gave me a perfect treatment.... it was not a physical treatment... it was a mental treatment. He explained about men's reproduction system, production and dispatch of sperms. First thank to god that sperms are being produced in you....you are a real men.... Sperms are injected outside from your body in the sleep is "very normal" and it happening due to your body conditions. Once you start having sex you will be perfectly alright. Try yoga to keep your mind in perfect shape....

This is perfectly normal, but somewhat messy. Masturbation, which will relieve the sexual tension buildup, is also perfectly normal and acceptable for single men (and women), and can be done using a tissue to collect the semen. Every other day should work quite well in your situation.

Hey,just relax. It's a healthy sign and not any disease or disorder.Excess semen gets discharged during wet dreams and it happens to every young person. Our body produces enough semen and what ever is discharged gets re compensated same day. There is no ill effect of semen discharged on our body.On the contrary,it's an indication of a healthy sexual system.

that is normal,
A nocturnal emission is an ejaculation of semen experienced by a male during sleep. It is also called a "wet dream", an involuntary orgasm, or simply an orgasm during sleep.
Nocturnal emissions are most common during teenage and early adult years. However, nocturnal emissions may happen any time after puberty. They may or may not be accompanied by ****** dreams, and the emission may happen without erection. It is possible to wake up during, or to simply sleep through, the ejaculation in what is sometimes called a "sex dream". Women can also experience orgasms in their sleep.

No need to masturbate, no condom reqd. I tell a trick which works for me and many others too. It's not scientific but related to our inner self.
Before sleeping, write ur mother's name with ur last finger(little finger) on the pillow.
it will definitely work. tell me the result.

Masturbate (Stimulate your penis until you ejaculate) several times a day in privacy. Make sure you wash your hands before and after. This helps with control.
If you can't stimulate yourself on your own, ask your wife or girlfriend to help you.
