many first son never understands this, but in my culture, the first son is choosen to be more respected and looked on.,....is that really right

If that's your culture then good for them, that's fine if the people agree with it. It is not like that in all cultures.

if its your culture and thats what you believe, stick to your beliefs, embrase your culture. But I like to see all children treated equally in response to their behaviour, if son 1 and son 3 did something wrong at the same age, is it right for son 1 to be punished twice as hard because he has a higher standard compared to the other children?

When someone respect you, he or she expects u to do the right thing at the right time......irresponsibility is very abnormal for a man of intergrity

We don't follow that practice here. We try to treat people with equality. In reality, usually the youngest child is doted on.. lol !
