You smoke it. No other way to remove it from the cigarette. There is nicotine gum or patches you can use without smoking.

why would you remove nicotine from a cigarette that is the whole reason why people smoke it if there was no nicotine there would be no point of cigarettes....

You can't. It's chemically part of the whole cigarette. You'd have better luck turning gold into lead.
