Is there such a thing? Is it possible for someone who's 29 to get it done? Does it help improve sensitivity?

I've heard of getting it reversed, they stretch the skin you have left and create a foreskin out of it.....

As Harriet said, you cannot reverse everything completely, which is why I'm against child circumcision (an uncircumcised guy can simply get circumcised if not happy). However, it does either take a long time (to do manually to stretch the skin) or a lot of money (to go with surgery). And not everything can be restored, here's what can be and can't be restored:
http://www.norm.org/lost.html

Other than that, I think you're in best position to ask in a site that is dedicated to foreskin restoration. Many guys have done it and they seem satisfied. But as I said, it takes up to or over a year. But hey, you're free to explore your options or just be curious and look around. Below are two such forums where circumcised guys that have/are doing foreskin restoration post at:
http://www.foreskin-restoration.net/forum/
http://frcchat.org/phpBB2/index.php

And from what they claim, they say that it does improve sensitivity (since the foreskin will protect the head, and a study already proved that):

In addition, I have a younger friend that did it, and he claims the best improvement he saw was the gliding motion (which was most likely new to him, so he really likes it). Basically what that is, is when the skin moves up and down during masturbation or sex. Since the inside is somewhat moist (like your eyelids) it stimulates the head when rubbed. So his strokes can be longer and he no longer needs lube for masturbation. At least, that's what I couldn't get him to stop talking about when we discussed his foreskin restoration status, haha. The gliding motion is discussed in the links below:

"Circumcision" reversal surgeries for the most part proved to be a dismal failure. The only benefit is that they give some protection to the glans so it will regain some if it's sensitivity; the grafted skin will be very nerve poor, why would a guy want more feeling-less skin on his dick? Of course some guys are hung up on hating the mutilated look and a graft may help them overcome that, although there often are problems with skin color not matching "Frankendick". Added to these problems is the cost, I have seen estimates of $60,000 to $100,000 for the several surgeries that would be required, the surgeries are dangerous and painful. It is doubtful insurance would cover the cost.

Non-surgical restoration is not stretching but tissue expansion, a proven medical technique. Tension is applied, usually along the scar line, to encourage growth over many months. The resulting added tissue has the same nerves as the shaft skin on the outside and as the mucosal skin on the inside (if you are lucky enough to have any left to start with). This will not of course replace the more than 20,000 specialized nerve endings that were cut away, but it will give more feeling during intercourse. The glans will also recover some of its lost sensitivity as the surface softens and comes closer to its natural moistness.

I wish could have started my restoration when I was your age that was about the time first noticed a problem. I could not understand what the cause of it was; I could not believe that our old family doctor would do something to me that would cause me so much trouble years later.

We have suffered with my "delayed orgasm" for most of the nearly 32 years we have been married (I didn't really mind the marathon romps, as long as I could get off sometime). Now as her arthritis has been getting worse we were faced with the possible end to our sex life. Researching the Internet, I came across "circumcision" as a cause for my poor sensitivity this explained my problems exactly. I tried an artificial foreskin (see Senslip http://www.viafin-atlas.com/ ) to test the theory that sensitivity could be recovered. After wearing this product for a month, I was able to reach orgasm reliably while she was still comfortable and enjoying our encounters. This test proved to me that "circumcision" is mutilation and I began restoration just before I turned 57.

The t-tape method I use shields my glans from friction while I am restoring and once I have competed my restoration my new "foreskin" will permanently protect my sensitivity. At my age it may take me five or more years to achieve this permanent protection that was robbed from me. Younger men can grow tissue faster and I have seen reports of good results in two years or less. Of course the amount of tissue amputated by the mutilation varies greatly and will influence the outcome and the time the tissue expansion will require.

See this is the problem I have with child circumcision. If you were not circumcised and you later decided that you'd rather be, you could always do it. But in your case, your options are limited! All other arguments for or against are irrelevent. As long as there are people like you out there, circumcision should be up to the child, not the parents!

This didn't exactly answer your question, but I thought it was necessary nonetheless. You can't get your foreskin back, but foreskin restoration is a realistic option that a lot of guys are doing now. It doesn't get your lost nerves back, but it does cover up the glans again making it more sensitive. Look it up on Google.

There is no such thing as a circumcision reversal. Foreskin restoration is possible over a period of about 2 years. Foreskin restoration involves slowly stretching the skin on the penis to cover the head like a natural foreskin.

No, you can't get it reversed. Sadly once the foreskin is gone it is gone, and you can't get back the sensitive nerve endings or anything.

However there is "foreskin restoration". There are surgical methods and non-surgical methods. Most guys find that by wearing a protective sheath over their glans or stretching their skin down or something, it does inchiever sensitivity. Google the phrase for more info. AFAIK there is an organisation for guys involved with this and they should be able to help you.

As others have said, you can't actually get your foreskin back, but many men have found that restoration is worth the considerable time and trouble. It's not a quick fix byany means, You can find out more at http://www.norm.org There is also a personal account from a man almost twice your age who's doing restoration at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AsLZw.JoXOzsnm793sS7Ixzty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070916130932AAseKMs&show=7#profile-info-QkhCHFGDaa

There is restoration. It takes a long time, however. Look it up. Apparently, nothing is as good as the original and I'm inclined to agree.

Go back to the doctor who performed the circumcision and ask for your skin back. Maybe they have skin implants now a days!

I think your stuck dude, it's okay!

Dude! You should be stoked to be circumcised! I was cut at 18 and would never want a damn foreskin back! Even had my 2 boys (1&3) cut at birth! Sex is 100% better when you are cut! Don't believe all the anti circ BS they are just lies!
