Actually, I wonder why you are asking this question in the Men's Health category. Try Women's Health. However, I don't think its weird. Masturbation won't hurt you. It is perfectly normal to masturbate if you are a male or female. Don't worry about it.

I appreciate u for protecting virginity by self masturbating. Advantage is that u r getting pleasure while u r still virgin if I'm correct. It's harmless, doesn't transmit STDs, and doesn't get you pregnant.
