usually get a pain in my lower back when I drink...Not so much my lower back as the organ down there...I have had a rough time lately and have easily been having ten beers a night for about 3 weeks. My lower back pain is constant...What damage am I doing?

Hey everybody....I have a problem with my foreskin. When my penis erects, the foreskin does not come down and even if i try pulling it down, it refuses to go down fully. I read past answers to questions regarding problems simillar to mine, but I'm confused about the thing where people say I have to detach the skin that is connecting to the head.....how do I do that?? Will it bleed after I do so???....will there be pain?? I need your answers please...thanks....

I know its winter time and the weather tends to make your skin drier than usual. However, my boyfriend gets really dry down south and it hurt him whenever we do it. He won't use any lotion down there because he says it stings him even more. I told him to drink more water...he did that..still doesn't help. What can I do?? Please help....
