for a while now, my lower back hurts even when there's no pressure on it. and i've noticed that when i go num 2 it comes out the normal color but on the toliet paper it's yellow.

Whenever my back hurts, I do some yoga and it goes away almost immediately.

Use a different brand of toilet paper! Have you tried Charmin or better yet those new Scotts moist wipes.

Could potentially be Irritable Bowel or Crohns, go see a doctor!
