I really want to try an enema to cleanse my colon because it is dirty from all the gay sex I have had. I am afraid, will it hurt? Does it burn? Also, would you recommend a coffee enema? What's that like? Thanks!

How could an enema be more painful than anal sex?
Your rectum is already "dirty" from bacteria that already lives there. If you really want to cleanse, then stick to a basic warm water enema or a fleets enema. You can get fleets enemas at your local drug store. Enemas may cause cramping discomfort.
As for coffee, I don't think so. This would not really do anything that basic water could do and you could get a nasty *** infection.
ALWAYS WEAR A CONDOM WITH ANAL SEX!!!

I have had several enema's and I take them when I am about to have anal sex with my husband and when we play with that area. It doesn't hurt. A few mild cramps to rid yourself of the waste down there. You'll probably enjoy it, there is nothing to it. Buy one from the drug store and follow the directions. Those i find the best. Best of luck.
