When my boyfriend has an orgasm his leg jerks uncontrollably for a minute or two. Its embarrassing for him. I have a friend that is a vein surgeon and even he says hes never heard of such a thing. I used to have a picture perfect nose, one that in a profile view looked great and complimented my face. I am very satisfied with my body and all of my facial features except for my nose in the profile view, and when i smile it hooks down. Up until i was about 13 I had a nice small nose, but then it seems to have grown.

My question is, is it possible by the time I am 18 or 20 or so and my facial bone structure and body has finished developing, that my nose could possibly be in better proportion, shrink a little bit, go back to the form that it was in when I was younger or just get a tad bit smaller? Or would the only option be cosmetic surgery? Something which I would just hate to turn to. Before my nose got larger, I was so happy with the way I looked, and I desperately wish to be like that again. I realize the nose never stops growing, but putting that aside, is it still possible for it to get smaller or into better proportion or shape naturally?
