Usually I tie a string to it so it can be easily removed but this time I forgot and when I clenched my checks the whole thing just disappeared up there. I am too embarrassed to go to the doctor. What should I do?

I would first ask her to try and reach it, but how I don't know. I would try and flush it out if it is not too cold outside to use the hose pipe. Working in the ER one night and two EMT's brought this gay person in with a "vibrator" up his ***, and still on. He was dancing around pretty good. They got it out but not before half the nursing staff came and peeked through the curtain to see the spectacle. Was is gay friend with him, if he was we never saw him.

Go to the hospital. They will take an x-ray and this will go into the hospital's collection titled "the stupid things stupid people do".
This will provide years of entertainment for 1st year doctors and radiographers. Think of the educational service you will be providing.
(Seriously what is your alternative. It has to come out. It cant stay there.)

get over it. would you rather die of a bruised butt or just go to the doctor. sure you will be embarised but at least there wont be a bug up your butt.
