Girth usually refers to the circumfrence of the penis, usually in the erect state. In other words, it is the measurement taken of the penis -- not its length but "around." Some people call it the width too.

Do you mean "girth?" If so, that means the circumference of something. In medicine, that usually refers to the circumference around your waist.
