Well, I can't answer all of your question, but I can answer that viagra does indeed work!. My older brother has been using it for about a year and says it helps him stay hard for a long time. I "borrowed a bill of his (50mg) before a date although I don't normally have a problem. But I have had some trouble with this girl performing like she liked and thought I would try it.

About 20 minutes after taking the pill (I know, wrong because I didn't see a doc) I felt a stirring. Well, let me tell you, that night was awesome! Erect isn't the word.

So, yes it works. Now I don't know if NHS allows you to get it. I am in U.S. and my health plan allows 30 pills over 90 days with a prescription. It is expensive. About $5/pill in U.S., although with insurance coverage it's $75 for me for the 30 pills. Now all I have to do is convince my doc I need it!!!
