It makes me feel like its something with me. But he claims its just his back, before back surgery he would rarely climax during intercourse normally he would need to another way. He has no problem getting himself off. Any Suggestions??

How would back surgery cause he inability to climax? If he can do it himself than he may have lost interest in you. Unless that back surgery made him partially or fully paralyzed from the waist down then you have nothing to worry about. See what he likes, ask him how he likes it. That should help.

Is he circumcised? A lot of circumcised men cannot climax during intercourse when they get just a little older but have to finish by hand. It does make a woman feel inadequate, but it's really common. Guys in their 20s manage to climax normally even if they've been cut, but as they age, the lack of foreskin does cause problems that way, and there is not much that can be done about it.

If he is able to maintain an erection and complete arousal to ejaculation on his own, then there is no physiological problem with him. His issues may be psychological. That does not necessarily mean its you however.

The only exception I can think of, is if there is pain becouse of positioning during intercourse. If that is the case, you can try different less strenous positions.
