But the formation of sperms need low temperature than normal body temperature. If the scrotal temperature is equal to your body temperature, the formation of the sperm can be impaired.
I don't know if there is any radiation from laptop.
But in long run, heat only from the laptop may decrease your sperm count which can lead to inferitlity.
