I have been suffering from premature ejaculation for most of my life, but I found the most amazing invention to tackle this issue and since then I never looked back, and it is so simple. You can find the solution here ( http://prematurejaculation.kyma.info ) When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That's because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest, just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.

Of all the various aspects of the male human body, few are as variable from individual to individual as semen. The color, texture, and quantity — not to mention the force of ejaculation — vary greatly. Based on outward appearance we are all amazingly similar: virtually everyone has eyes, ears, a nose, and a mouth in the same place. But semen just doesn't work that way.
Just like penis size, ejaculation volume and force are highly variable from individual to individual. Most guys want to ejaculate more semen with more force.
If you've done exercises like Kegels For Men, yes, it may have increased your distance — but probably not your volume. There's a *huge* variation from person to person with regard to ejaculation force as well as volume, and neither has anything to do with anything important (such as having children).

PC Exercises:
While Kegel exercises can help you last longer, they can also aid in increasing sperm volume. There are a host of exercises you can do to keep your penis in great shape and shoot like a champion.
(Butter's note: PC muscle exercises have proven to help reduce prostate troubles in advancing age, but I have yet to see improvements in my ejaculate's volume through this method)

KEGELS (Excercising The PC Muscle)
http://www.jackinworld.com/expert/10selfcont.html#kegelmen

There are exercises called Kegels for men that increase orgasm intensity. Kegels for men increase sexual feeling by strengthening the pelvic muscles. To get in touch with your pelvic muscles, pretend you're in danger of urinating or having a bowel movement but that you have to wait until you're near a toilet. The muscles you squeeze to hold it in are your pelvic muscles. To strengthen these muscles, start by holding and releasing them 15 times, twice a day. Don't hold the contraction — just squeeze and let go. You can do this unobserved almost anywhere — while driving a car, reading the paper, watching TV, during a meeting ... wherever. Gradually increase the number of squeezes until you're up to 75, twice a day. When you reach 75 at a sitting, instead of immediately releasing the contraction, hold it for a count of three, and then relax and repeat. Work up slowly to about 50 of these longer Kegels. Continue doing the exercises for six weeks, alternating between the shorter and the longer Kegels. The results should be noticeable in your orgasms after a month or more. Once you have the technique down, you can squeeze your pelvic muscles when you're having an erotic fantasy, when you're being sexually stimulated, or when you're having intercourse. Feel free to experiment and see what methods increase your orgasmic intensity the most.

I have read from Men's Health that keagles, or the exercise of flexing a muscle in your penis, can help with this problem.

The flex is very similar to what you do to stop the flow of urine when you are peeing. Essentially, the exercise is doing this over and over again for several hours during the day.

Good luck.

do kegels

it's an exercise where you improve your PC-muscle.

locate the correct muscle by stopping your urine in midflow, that is the muscle you want to exercise each and every day.

now, concentrate on that muscle and squeeze that muscle for 2-3 seconds, 5 times. ALWAYS make sure you are squeezing for all you're worth! it's just like your biceps, if you don't exercise them or really make them work - they won't getting any stronger.

example:
squeeze for 3 secs, wait 5 secs, squeeze 3 secs, wait 5 secs etc. until you have done it 5 times.
now - do this exercise 3-5 times a day.

after let's say..a couple of days, increase the number of seconds you squeeze from 3 to 5 seconds, and do it 10 times.
3-5 times a day or more if you feel like it.

when you are getting stronger you can increase to 10 seconds, 10 times.
3-5 times a day or more if you feel like it.

this is an exercise which gives you stronger erections, helps against prostate and involuntarily urination when you're getting old, and gives you more control over your ejaculation.

my kegels usually look like this:
I squeeze for all i'm worth for 10 or 15 secs, relax 10 secs, and i do this 10 times. with sets of 3-5 times each day. I usually give it a rest on sundays, since that's the day of relaxation anyway;)

ever tried to hold off your ejaculation and failed..? that's because your PC-muscle is too weak.
exercise it on a daily basis and you will feel signicant change.

you also might want to try stop-start.

masturbate until you almost climax, stop and cool down for like 15-20 sec. do this 4-5 times before you let yourself climax. this will teach your body how it feels like when you are ALMOST going to come and teach you how to control your excitement;)

do this exercise for a week, two weeks - depends on how you progress.

after you have learned how to control yourself while masturbating, you can switch to intercourse.
your partner have to be cooperative in this exercise - whenever you feel like you are going to climax, make your partner stop all movements, pull out, and cool down for 15-20 sec.
do this 4-5 times before you let yourself go to the point of no return:)
when you feel like you know how to control your excitement well enough, it's all plain fun from there on!

remember - do those kegels! you can never get too strong in that muscle:)
get your partner to do those kegels too, you will both benefit from it.

search the web for kegel exercises or PC-muscle and you will find information about it.
if you think i gave you a crappy description of how to do those exercises, you should definitely search the web:) have fun!

When I was a teen-ager it was a problem; especially if you were weeks in between dates. At first I would tell my friend that this first one does not count. Give me twenty minutes and we can get down to the "nitty-gritty". I had a female ask me what my recovery time was after the first sexual experience. " I told her three days". She thought I was serious, so I to convince her otherwise.
