I'm tired of having to pay $7 a month for a hair cut. Is there any medications or vitimins I can take to go bald?

I am 24. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. It cannot be a psycological problem because i never had proper erection. I was operated for cancer at the age of 8 and took medications for a long time. could that be a reason behind that.

Is a permanent treatment possible for this

I have been living in a great apt for 3 years. The landlords son moved into the 3rd floor a few months ago. His music while annoying doesnt bother me. I had some friends come over a few weeks ago and Curly was working on the house.
