why do they say their bigger than they actually are? What are they trying to prove to themselves or to others?

men think that the bigger penis they have, the better they are in bed, therefore more macho, and more superior than other men.

When men/boys brag about the size, it is a boost to their ego. An ego is something that has to be boosted and if the girlfriend/wife doesn't do it, he will do it himself.
Men/boys haven't learned yet, most women would rather be with a man that has a smaller erection and treat them like a lady with some passion than to be deflowered by a man with a monster, that treats a woman as just a hole for the pole.
Ego's lead men around worse than a woman's touch will.

The bigger is better mentality men have it because deep down inside we believe woman want a big penis. Some woman do want a big one but most would prefer someone who knows how to use what he has.

My unfortunate experience with that has been the guys that are actually really large don't try in bed because they think size is all that matters. Give me an average Joe that tries any day than the huge guy that sticks it in and thinks he's amazing!!

It's a GUY thing. Men --- or boys --- that don't know any better think that it is the size of the penis that makes them attractive to women, while in reality what women want is tenderness and passion, not "a bull in bed."

Many men find their identity in their penis. They don't know that bird-watching or video games can be fun, too.
Some of the biggest d*cks like to stand around and pose - at the urinal, in the locker room - look but don't touch. When they deign to have sex with someone they don't put their heart and mind into it because they think they are already gifted.
As for me, I thank God for my nice d*ck, for my awareness of other people as people first (and sex objects second - hahaha), and for my curious mind that explores everything around me in this wide, wonderful world.

not sure what there trying to prove I have never know my size and don't care what it is and I never got any girl to complaints so guess mine is the right size lol
