you may want to rid ea bike for 45 minutes a day or 25 to 50 push ups if you join a gym which is the best way work out for at least 1 an dhalf hour per day that may be a little much at first for a gym so go three times a week you will build muscle but it takes time to work at this maybe even up too 6 months lots of luck mystical
