Okay I know this is kind of embarrassing, but it has to be asked: is it fine for a young guy to bleed during a dump? Any advice/tips/knowledge appreciated, thank you!

No, you shouldn't have blood in your stool. You need to see a doctor.

It could be hemorrhoids and you could use Preparation H or similar product. Check to see if the blood is bright red which would most likely indicate an external bleeding. If the the blood is dark that would indicate internal bleeding. But to be on the safe side you should check with a doctor since blood in the stool is not normal.

No not normal -could be you have hemorrhoids that bleed from the pressure. Get checked for anytime there is blood-not normal and should be checked by doctor-also embarrassing but there are serious things that first give symptom of blood in fecal matter or when using bathroom and early finding it can save a life.

Has he been eating spinach during the last week? Bloody diarrhoea is one of the symptoms of the E-coli thing. Just another reason to see the doctor.

well the facts are probably quite too general, but it is probably caused by bacteria is not absorbed by villi in your body, bacteria maybe thriving to rapidly, the hemmorhoid has dropped 1 or2 centimeters or probably its a swollen rectum. it might be or might might nnot be, if you have a stomach ache then it is the bacteria, if you have some pain around your bladder then it is a hemmorhoidal problem and if it bleeding yet burning its the swollen rectum.

ok this is kind of gross, but is it bright red or dark? the color of the blood will tell where in your GI track the problem is. does it happen every time? if it does i would see a dr. if its only once in a while your prob. ok

One thing it could be is s fisure. It is a rip\tear\cut in the inner part of your anus\sphincter muscle. It requires a minor(though embarassing) procedure where they do surgery on your rectum.

that is not normal! if it hurts or stings when you poop it might be a internal or external hemroid! but still you want to see a doctor and see what he tells you!
