I heard that somewhere, and now I wonder if there is some truth to it. If so, would you happen to know of some websites where I can read up on it?
Thanks.

You would have far earlier symptoms than infertility if you had a toxic amount of copper in your body. The hot water cylinders are safe. They would have to have an acidic environment to be harmful.

Try this, I think you will find everything you need to know.

Hmmm, perhaps.... They make some IUD's (inuterine contraception devices) out of copper....

They are also coming out with a new sterilization method of putting copper coils in a woman's fallopian tubes to promote scar tissue, hense blocking an egg from being released....
