any number of things could be causing this, and not all related either. worst case scenario is early onset altzeimers.

tired could be lack of sleep, on average we should be getting 7 - 8 hours sleep, as an average, some people dont need that much, some people more.

lack of concentration and focus could be lack of energy, like the advert says "dont reach for the bicky jar, have a sandwhich instead" or something like that.

the memory loss would be my highest concern, depending on how much memory loss (kinda hard if you don't remember (ha im soo funny*sigh* sorry) it could just be age related, i know my dad is about 59 and his favorite tv show (the west wing) he cant remember the names or ranks of ANY of the characters.

this is a list of herbs online that supposedly increase or help in prevention of memory loss.
hope this has helped you

your GP can reccomed a CAT or CT scan to rule out altzeimerz or other brain affecting diseases

Are you getting enough sleep? How's your diet? Getting all the good stuff (vitamins, minerals, fiber)? Recently quit smoking or drinking coffee?
Tested your blood sugar lately? I'm 54 and began getting light headed jittery spells a couple years ago from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). I used to be able to go 18 or 24 hours without eating. Now, if I don't eat something every 4 to 6 hours I feel like crap.
