Men's Health - September 2006

I am relatively tall for my age (nearing 17 years, between 6'0 and 6'1). As such, I am also rather skinny/lean, and I would like to add a little more bulk to my overall physique.

For someone of my build (tall and skinny), what specific exercises would you recommend? Or, if the body shape doesn't matter, what in general would you recommend for me to add more muscle?

My brother had a tumor removed in March, and when he goes to the bathroom it is hell for him. Does anyone else have this problem. It is now 6 months later and he is suffering with this. The doctor went in through the rear end to connect his intestines He had 12 inches cut away. Thanks for any help.

Like Alan Rickman and Hugh Laurie? In America they routinely circucise boys at birth since around WWII. But I'm not sure if that is the case in England. I know most Europeans are not cut. Anyone out there know the answer?

Ok, there is no longer a need for armpit hair, people are not living in caves any more! I can't imagine putting deodorant on all that long hair - it must get sticky!!!! It seems gross and would harbor bacteria and thus more odor. Why not just shave it? or at the VERY least trim it???

starting yesterday my ear was been in alot of pain, and when i woke up today some sort of liquid came out of my ear. I also feel a bump or a swollen lymph node below my ear on my neck. My ear still hurts what could the problem be? Can't go to the doctors till tuesday
