Use astringent, or witch hazel after you wash your face and an oil-controlling moisturizer to finish it off. There are also those little blue sheets from clean&clear that will pick up excess oil throughout the day

there are several products on the market to remove oil, but alcohol is the cheapest and my aunt used it all her life and always had and still has a beautiful complexion and she is >60 now
