Like Alan Rickman and Hugh Laurie? In America they routinely circucise boys at birth since around WWII. But I'm not sure if that is the case in England. I know most Europeans are not cut. Anyone out there know the answer?

I would say British guys are uncircumcised, American's are circumcised, Europeans are not, and Canadians are about half and half. With Quebec taking its lead from Europe.

Circumcision in England, America, and other countries usually happens now a day. However, its the personal choice of the parents and more parents now a days are choosing it, but in past years they chose not to. When you give birth to a baby boy a few hours after you receive papers on if you want him circumcised or not. Most parents do have there child circumcised at birth but its not required. They can also get them circumcised later in life or leave it up to the boy when he is of age. If its left up to the man they usually don't go through it for worry about sexual performance or pain. However, its people of the Jewish religion that require all baby boys born into their religion to be circumcised.
