Whoa, dude! Chill out. I think I know what you're talking about, except for the suicide part. Lots of people have the same problems you do right now. My advice to you:
1) First, stop agonizing over it. It is perfectly natural to have acne. Millions of teenagers all around the world have exactly the same problem you do.
2) People usually will not care that you have acne. The only time they might find something wrong with it is if you pick at it and cause all sorts of huge red sores.
3) Keep your face clean always no matter if you have a breakout or not! Wash daily with soap and water. Keep your hands clean and don't touch your face unless you HAVE to touch it. I know it's a reflex to try and hide your face from the world by covering it with your hands, but that will make your acne MUCH worse by spreading oil and making you want to pick at it.
4) Did I mention don't pick at it? Your skin will clear up with time if you don't try to tear the pimples off your face. Furthermore, you can get an infection on your face from doing that which will make a really big sore. A little red bump or a whitehead is much more becoming than a gaping wound! I had trouble with that idea for some time when I was growing up.
5) Shaving may help you keep your face cleaner, but be careful not to cut pimples in the process.
6) You should not pop any pimples. It just isn't recommended by medical professionals. If you dare to try, make sure you can clean, sterilize, and dress the wound (if necessary).
The most important things are to relax, keep your face clean, and keep your hands off. As long as you don't tear up your face with your fingernails trying to scrape the acne off, the scars should practically disappear a few years after you finish puberty. I mean you'll have probably have to squint to see them. If the acne is VERY severe, maybe you should see a dermatologist. But I think you should get good results by following my simple advice. Good luck!

You're not the first kid to get them , nor will you be t he last. That's why there are so many products out there to fight them. Talk to your parents about getting Proactive. Or, look up some home remedies online. All of my daughter's have had acne, one still does. Sometimes I think it's harder for girls, but I guess it's difficult for anyone. Girls when they are old enought can take a hormone that really works, but has side effects. I know it's hard for you to imagine right now, but eventually you will grow out of this.

It's normal. I had acnes all over my face when I was young. You should go to dermatologist and seek for help. They can give you some strong cream to put on. In addition, you should drink more water, eat less greasy and fried food and have good sleep.

Write to Pro-Active and tell them you might get the stuff for free. Or use hydrogen peroxide. If you are young it will pass.
