ive been workin out for a while already n ive noticed nothing. Im 210 pounds and i want to be 180 or 190. I really want this to work and i really want to lose weight n gain muscle does anybody have an idea of what i should do?

Im already drinking 2% milk anything else?

and how long will it take for me to reach my goal of 190?

and so many people say "be active" but whats there to do?

if you have a workout plan that works for you post it maybe it can work for me also
