Later today I'm having a colonic irrigation. I've heard it is good to clean out your colon and the place I'm going to has a good reputation. But now I'm a little nervous. Anyone ever done this and do I have anything to fear?

Boxers are better for me. When I was wearing Briefs, it felt like my nuts were being crushed. Then, I heard that Briefs cause low sperm count. So, I quit wearing them and switched to Boxers.

I am 12 yr old boy studying in 7th standard. I have a strange problem, as soon as I get up in the morning, my penis is very hard and bigger than the usual size during the day. During the day its very soft too, but in night, whenever i get up, its very hard and longer. I get very scared. One night, I got up in night, I find lot of stimulation my penis and before I could react, my pajama was wet with some white secretion which came out of my penis. Now this is happening every 2-3 day. As I sleep alone in my room, I mmediately wash my underwaer and pajama in night before anybody knows about this. I am really scared of this disease. I have heard of AIDS etc. Is it somethingof that sort.

I have a friend who has a alcohol problem he drinks the same amount every night but has recently started to urinate in his bed he thinks its down to stress but admits it may also be down to the drink and he wants to stop i think the problem may be more serious due to the amount he has drank over the years i think his body is strained and he may have a problem caused by the alcohol which makes this happen in bed can anyone give me any info or have you seen this happen before

It seems like my mood is connected to the frequency at which I ejaculate. I know ejaculation takes away lot of energy from a man. I'm 26 male and single, and it I go two weeks or so without ejaculating I'm pretty upbeat and my moods are generally good. But, if I ejaculate once or twice a day, everyday for a week or two I feel low on energy, irritable, and feel very depressed about myself and things in my life.

Anyone else dealt with something similar? Any ideas on how to respond to this? I'm very concerned about how frequent sexual activity causes me to feel depressed.

have seen nurse training video on subject where patient is emitting both sounds of pain and facial expressions certainly indicate same. the nurse inserting the catheter tells him 4-5 times "i'm sorry, i know this hurts" and he is literally screaming when the catheter reaches his prostate. i would like to know also why this procedure is done without benefit of any sedation or anasthesia?
