Penis pills to make your penis grow, Do Not work.
Stretching your penis with weights (ouch), it does work. It takes up to 4 months to a year.
Penis pump, this also takes a long time. A year or so, and you have to keep doing it or it will go back to its natural size.

Get a Prince Albert piercing (ring in the head of the penis) and hang weights from it (after it is fully healed of course) Begin with small weights and gradually increase the weight and duration of hanging. Best wishes
