in case you're in basic terms 152lbs, dropping 20-25lbs in 2 months would be rattling close to impossible, possibly 15lbs in case you're somewhat taller. easiest thank you to shed extra pounds I even have got here across is walking and a healthy weight loss plan.

Believe it or not, but it is possible. Eat healthy, workout everyday, lay off beer and fast food, get good sleep, and try not to get so worried and stressed out or mad. It has been proven that when you are too stressed out, it is harder for people to lose weight. Good luck!!!!!! I believe in you!!!!! This really does work. Trust me.

eat salads dry with no dressing and no fat vegetable soup and oatmeal with no sugar or adding any butter or milk. No red meat, no oil except a tiny bit of olive oil.

just exercise and have a healthy diet. and be disciplined. hope you don't smoke nor drink because those things are bad. there are slim-fast products. try 'em.
