Not for me, but then I haven't met your wife. Or have I? Hmmmm.
Seriously, I don't think there is a rule of thumb for that. If you have a wife that wants it every day you should count your blessings, but if she wants it ALL day there is always Viagra. (you know what they call a lawyer on Viagra? - taller). Physical health is important, try a 3 day per week jogging regime and see if anything changes.

If it is physically impossible to have sex more than once a day I would get checked out. 24 hours downtime seems like a lot.

That's up to the two of you. It's not a matter of normal or abnormal. If you mean you can only perform one day, I don't know if that's typical or not.

Initially,in the first few years of the marriage,frequency is more .
As you become older,the interest in sex goes down.
