10kg is equivalent to 22lbs. you can't lose that much in a month unless you starve yourself and then you would have to go to the hospital and wouldn't be able to take the test or go to the army.
you don't need to lose any weight. you just need to get in shape. start practicing your push ups, start running, do your sit ups, and eat properly. make a workout for yourself to get in shape as much as possible in the next month. browse the internet and i am sure you will come across an army workout. do that good couple times a week, and you should get in shape enough to do well on the test

Exchange fruits and vegetables for some of the grains/breads/cheeses/fats in your diet.
Drink water throughout the day (do not drink high carbohydrate "Sports drinks" or sodas).
Get 1 hour of aerobic exercise, consistently, every day. If you are not used to exercising, stick to low impact exercise such as bicycling or swimming to prevent chronic use injuries in your joints.

Put weight on! For christ sake people are getting killed and maimed in the war and not just on our side.
Don't opt to help the killing, please. It seems such a waste to live a destructive life.
If you want to help people become an outdoors instructor or something peaceful where you help people grow. Don't learn how to shoot a gun at other people and think it is justified.

run heaps!!! running is the best way to lose weight I have found and it comes off in no time. Obviously you need to seriously watch what you eat, and cut down on your propotions of food. I reccommend cutting carbs out after lunch as well.

instead of eating meals, eat snacks and drink lots and lots of water, no soda, and exercise. By the way, sex is the best exercise in the world, and a lot more fun than running, and swimming is the second best.

you should not try to lose 10 kg in a month.this is very harmful for your body.you should try to lose weight about 1 to 2 kg per month by taking low calorie food and doing kapalbhati pranayam for 15 minutes daily empty stomach

do you have to lose it? if not turn that fat to muscle and you'll lose about 8 lbs or so . you'll need muscle for the army's test.
