When shopping this year, will you be concerned what country the toy was manufactured in?
Are you avoiding any particular toy manufacturer?

Greetings All,

Our cub scout leaders have agreed that the kids are bored with the classic activity Space Derby. They want something different but do not have a clue as to what.

Any fresh ideas for a pack meeting with 39 kids indoors. We have all of the other events covered (ie, pinewood, cardboard carpet races, pop rockets, skits, blue gold awards, so on.)

Thanks in advance. Again, our meetings are inside a church meeting hall with a decent amount of space... but nothing for like flying things, go carts, so on.

=)

I saw a Nissan commercial with that car turning and avoiding holes. The city is being turned and things happen.

In the game you control the marble by rotating the surface around with two knobs. You try to avoid numbered holes and hopefully you will make it to the end of the um....

Back in middle school, one of my teachers owned one of these games. I don't remember (or know) what it is called. I'll be grateful when you tell me what it is...

I remember this barbie I just loved as a little girl and would like to find it on ebay, or some related site.

It was a barbie in a ball gown of pink, and it was covered in little stars that would glow in the dark. It was most certainly the mid 80s when I had it, and just thought it was so amazing.

Any help in finding or the name of the Barbie would be awesome! Thank you!

I picked off the "Angel Tree" at work. All I know is age and clothing size. I don't want to assume he likes Transformers or Spiderman or Thomas the train, and I don't want to get him something from a Chinese Lead Poisoning Factory....

Unfortunately, it seems Oscar's popularity is fading, I am having trouble finding merch with my favorite trashcan dweller displayed on them. I have searched Walmart, Kmart, and Ebay along with the official sesame place website, but I still cannot find anything more than a keychain. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. I am also looking for Animal and Beaker as well. Thanks!

Do you think Bratz Dolls are good or bad? I think they are a bit over the top. I wouldn't buy them for my daughter if I had one that little. All that make up and short skirts and shirts...I think it's wrong.

I'm sure people will tell me I'm wrong and that's ok too. I want to hear from all sides!

Oh, and I'm not that impressed with Barbie either.

My daughter is 5 and she wants a doll that looks like her. I'm not sure if she is old enough to take care of the American Girl doll, especially with a little sister around to play with it as well. Does anyone know of any dolls similar looking to these but less expensive? Thanks!
