The shop called Bear Factory is in Regent St W1, or there are ones in Kingston Upon Thames and one in Watford. they personalise the bears to the way you want including putting recordings that you can hear when you press it's tummy etc. You dress them and they come with a 'birth certificate'! There's stuff like it online too but obviously you wouldn't see and feel the quality or record a personal message using that.
