This is killin' me! I used to play online poker to pay the rent. Now that I have been forced to quit my traveling job for health reasons I need to go back to it, at least for awhile. President Bush has signed a law causing online poker companies to not allow me to make deposits. Can anyone suggest how I might get around this? I need to make money.

i opened and deposited some cash today with 3V prepaid visa . As i don't have a bank account with visa facilities i thought this would be the best , and easiest way , to fund my virtual racing account , not thinking that this site would be constituted as gambling , i thought that this would be seen as being a game of skill , although being debated as such in the U.S.A. . So my question is , that under European laws are they within their rights to stop me from depositing to such sites , even though i could easily purchase cigarettes with their vouchers , without any age verification i might add , Please reply to this , all lawyers needed

I have a question I have to ask. I work at a Casino and have been a cashier for a few years. What is it with people feeding ones and fives into the machine instead of a twenty, fifty or hundred. It all spends the same regardless of what bill you put in. I went to another casino and tried it to put ones and fives in and ended up feeding all the money in the same machine anyway. Is it psychological? Do they think it will last longer?

Do you think casinos are losing money from all the gamblers or do you think they are gaining?

I am looking to add US $50 to my PokerStars.com account. My credit card company has an anti gambling act in place, and PokerStars doesn't do NetTeller anymore. I am willing to transfer US $55 to anyone willing to help me out. You can keep the extra $5, as long as you put the remaining $50 onto my account. Please post if interested.

This has probably been asked a thousand times before so bear with me. I have also heard 1000 times that there is no way to beat the house, which I believe but I'd like clarification.

I had my first experience with roulette last night, and I'm not sure if all games let you do this but you can bet anything you'd like. For instance if I so choosed, I could be both black and red, odds and evens, odds and 1-12 etc. With that said, if you bet say both Red and Odds, then there are 8 red evens and 8 black odds that you will break even on if you land on. Further, there are 10 red odds that would result in a profit from the bet. That said, if there are 38 different numbers on the board, the house only has a 32% chance of taking your money doesn't it?
