i opened and deposited some cash today with 3V prepaid visa . As i don't have a bank account with visa facilities i thought this would be the best , and easiest way , to fund my virtual racing account , not thinking that this site would be constituted as gambling , i thought that this would be seen as being a game of skill , although being debated as such in the U.S.A. . So my question is , that under European laws are they within their rights to stop me from depositing to such sites , even though i could easily purchase cigarettes with their vouchers , without any age verification i might add , Please reply to this , all lawyers needed

just deposit with it. Don't ask any questions at this point. If it works, do it. UIAG is still vague ... it did not change the wire act .... so it may still be legal. If the cards works use it.

VISA VOUCHERS ARE HELD MOSTLY BY PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT AFORD TO GAMBLE
