There are a few lottories outside the UK I'd like to participate in. Thinking it wasn't possible unless you were in the country, I found "www.thelotter.com". It looks genuine, but something tells me it's a scam, because, I don't see any logical way you'd be able to clain the prices, when most say you have to reside within the country. Even if it worked, it certainly wouldn't be legal, and there would be a middle man claiming the price for you; if you were to win.

Can anyone shed any light on it?

* To cheat the people by noticing which are the less numbers played.
* Then choosing identical balls ( but heavier in wait) to replace them, so those heavier balls will have a bigger chance to come through!!
* So less people if none will win the J/Pot.
* don't think that the supervisers are aware of this matter, or they are acting dishonestly.

My girlfriend gramother tries to go to the casino every night and she always takes my girl with her late at night (after 12 and stay until 3-4 in the morning) and my girl be having important things to take care of in the morning.
