Depends you have to submit your credit card details to play the game if you don't you cant claim anything.they use to send me emails saying that I had won 1million dollars but i hadn't submitted my credit card details. I found out it was a marketing ploy and I hadn't won the money yet ..... but if i joined there was a possibility.Like all lotto its very rare to win. I wouldn't advise that you join its just a hassle.When I did join and cancel they didn't over charge me on my credit card It was a free trial that I tried and IO didn't get ripped off. Its your choice but I don't think they are a rip off. Beware though that false emails do say they are from free lotto. You can check all this stuff out on google free lotto scams.
