so, the big PC at ripoff HQ can decide how much its going to pay out.. and it can also generate interest by picking 6 numbers which havent been chosen to create a rollover...

and you obviously didnt pay attention in physics did you... items fall at teh same rate, regardless of weight...

and anyway... we dont actually see the chosen ball from selection to racking... its in a tube, and anything can happen.

im sure the lottery operators Scamalot will insist its all above board and honest, in much the same way as HMG says you can't catch CJD from eating burgers, and nuclear power is safe...

is for the following reasons:
1 - to get in all the data and figures
2 - to calculate how much will go to the prize fund
3 - to calculate how much will go to charities
4 - to make sure they keep making enough money to line the fat cats pockets...
