What is the Rule on restricted cards. Is it only one restricted card per deck, or is it only one of each restricted card. (ie. 1 sol ring and 1 grim monolith is legal)?

Why did they decide to use Aces, Jacks, Queens and Kings. What is a Jack,and an Ace? Why put Jokers in the deck?Why did they pick clubs,hearts,diamonds,and spades for shapes; verses, squares,circles,stars,and rectangles?Thanks.

I have somewhat sweaty hands so when I hold a deck of cards for a while, they get wet. When they dry, they kind of bend in towards the middle of the card. If I hold the deck and bend it up and down, it makes this noise. Sorry if it seems wierd to ya, but I just want to know how to make them straight again.
