I'm looking for cards to help build an E-Hero Deck mostly, like Neos and Shining Flare Wingman.

The pace I use to get all my Yugioh card was E-bay. You can find anything and everything there. Just type a card that you wish to have and they will have it.

First of all ignore those first comments. There are alot of sites that sell yugioh cards, but I suggest going to ebay to find them at cheaper prices. Just make sure that the person your buying the card from is trustworthy by checking their feedback.

You can also try ToyWiz. Sometimes they make custom theme decks for certain types and monsters. They may have an E Hero deck you can buy that can't be found anywhere else.
