My cards got stolen in my class !!who did it?

Sam: My friend.He is my friend but... he steals a lot and is an amateur con artist.

Kris:Minor suspect.may have been staying in the class again.

Josiah: very little chance , but it may be him cause he may wants to get back at me 4 annoying him.

I don't know if that's the correct spelling for the game... but that's what I think it is (the one where you lay the same or higher of a number, and it has to be the same amount of cards). I'd like to know the rules. I can't find them on the internet. I know how to play, but I need to know the specifics. Can anyone help me out?
