What are the rules to the card game Wasabi?

I don't know if that's the correct spelling for the game... but that's what I think it is (the one where you lay the same or higher of a number, and it has to be the same amount of cards). I'd like to know the rules. I can't find them on the internet. I know how to play, but I need to know the specifics. Can anyone help me out?
