I'm a big fan of thrill rides at amusement parks. I live near Six Flags Great Adventure and had a blast there recently. Even though I like super coasters, I've been thinking...When your on a ride that has a restraint that is locked in place by compressed air(when the ride operator hits that button which locks them in), such as a shoulder harness or lap restraint, is there any way that this can come unlocked during the ride? I don't mean the harnesses that are held together by clipping in the additional seat belt, I'm talking specificially about the ones that are used with compressed air when the operator hits the bottom which locks them from being opened. Thanks for your help.

Tomorrow (actually today, I can't sleep) my husband and I are taking our 2 year old daughter to Disneyland for her 2nd birthday. I have heard horror stories about taking young toddlers to Disneyland, but I have also heard good stories too. She doesn't really scare easily, so I'm not too worried about that, she isn't shy, BUT she is VERY active and doesn't like to sit/stand still, even for short periods. This concerns me when it comes to waiting in line, because I know you can't bring a stroller in line. Just the other day at a bakery we had to wait in line for about 10 minutes and she didn't want us to hold her (was like pushing herself off of us) and when it came to standing in line she would for a minute or so but then got sick of holding our hands and kept trying to run off. We are strict with her, but she has a speech delay and isn't talking much yet, so it's a challenge. Any advice or suggestions for how to make our day run as smoothly as possible?? Thanks!

Last time I went I didn't have kids so I didn't pay attention. We are planning to go tomorrow... you can bring in your own strollers, right? I remember the ones you rent for some reason, and wonder why people would want to rent them when you can just bring your own. I tried to call Disneyland, but apparently you cannot talk to a live person anymore and my question didn't fit into their 6 categories. Thanks!

I don't like rides, I get sick from just watching. How does one tolerate some of those loops and dips without dropping dead of fright or at least having a heart attack. Brave souls.

I recently recieved a permit to build an amusement park on 350 acres of land.
I was planning to build 3 restaurants and 10 food shops.
Who cares about the bathrooms.
I'm also enforcing a rule that once you get in, you can never leave. never.
I'm planning to have 4 rollercoasters. I don't wanna pay for lap restraints so I'm not gonna.
They are probably gonna take up 6-10 acres each.
Who thinks Im off to a good start.
