The only thing that gets boring for the smaller kids is the waiting in line. Take advantage of Fast Passes and take a lot of breaks. Lots of snacks and small toys to play with in line help, too.
There are tons of great things for kids to do at Disney, including a play area near the Winnie The Pooh ride.
Also... I don't know how small your kids are, but if they'll fit, rent a stroller. Even the 6 and 7 year olds will tire out by the end of the day. If they won't fit in a single, rent a double. It's worth the money.

Actually i think its the exact opposite. Disney, either world or land is the best place to take a kid, but if you have teenagers, it may be boring to them.

Everyone loves Disney Parks. Just take it slow and give enough time for a four yr old.

I've heard that Disneyland is bull crap. But DisneyWorld is better. All the Disney Stars are in Disneyland though.
