March - Atlantis Adventure, Lotte World, Seoul, South Korea
A 28 year old ride op fell to his death after riding under the influence of alcohol and not securing the restraint properly.
That's bad!
I have an interesting fact too!
In Disneyland, Korea a kid dies in the ride " Space mountain" as he did not fasten his seat belt and was out of the track and fell on the steep floor in there. His parents threatened Disneyland that they will close it. God knows what will happen!! I hope they will not close it.

a bolt came out of a roller coaster a year ago i think and killed someone's grandma or grandson. one of those.

well in florida there is a theme park called Uniersal Studieos and a ride called the Hulk and my friend was on it and it stopped the they sent another cart out and almost crashed and killed the people
