It depends on wht kind of ride you have in mind. Roller coasters take at least a year, because they do it in off season, but here in California our amusement parks are open year-round. For flat rides it usually takes up to 6 months at the most.

I really hope you're joking, why put three 3 restaurants and 10 food shops in a place where they can't leave to go to a bathroom?! That's a sounds kinda creepy. I agree with smart kevin there would be poop and piss everywhere!!!
