my hobby goal this week is to make a scenery of a waterfall or it raining for my living room.i want to make it about 2 ft by 3 ft tall roughly.i have an idea with using a fish tank pump in a resevoir pumping water to the top running ,raining down with a scenery of some sort behind it.i will be hitting the local craft stores,flea markets,etc looking for stuff.i have been online to see that you can buy them,but i want to make one.is there a sight on how to or has anyone made one themselves that could give me ideas.

I crochet a lot, but have decided to try knitting a coat.

Everything is fine, up until the pattern gets to the armhole shaping. This bit of the pattern is for the back of the coat.

BO 4 sts at beginning of next 2 rows. Dec 1 st at each end of every other row 5 times.
Work even until armhole is 7 sts. BO

I just don't understand binding off the 4 stitches at the beginning....Will this make it lopsided?

And, I don't really understand how to bind off just 4 stitches. If anyone could explain all of this, it would be sooo appreciated!!

I bought a small battery powered car for my grand daughter. It has a small battery in it about 2 x 4 x 4 inches or maybe larger. I think it said 6 volt but that doesn't make sense when tiny one is a 9 volt. I will have to take it out again in the morning to see what it says for voltage. Right now I just push her with the handle attached to the car and it makes a sort of rumbling sound as the battery is dead. I thought maybe it might charge up pushing it? It unplugs and comes out but how would I charge it. I know I have to buy something but not sure what. How long would I charge it. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Linda Sue Bob

Hey there, with the holidays just around the corner finances are very tight, been a rough year. I thought of going out and getting a part-time job, but I have two kids that need help with homework, dinner made, etc. etc. So I was thinking of doing crafts such as jewelry, rugs, needlepoint pillow cases, towels, etc. I was thinking of selling things on ebay and was wondering if anyone has ever tried this and what your experience was. where can i sell my pennies prior to 1982 for more than 1 cent??? i have researched and found out that pennies prior to 1982 were made out of copper and are acutally worth 3 cents, i have atleast a thousand pennies prior to 1982 (alot of them are 1960s), is there any place i should go to in order to sell my pennies for atleast 3 cents each??? does any such place exist? i live in california.
