My mother used to play scrabble against others at the MSN Gaming Zone. The Zone no longer supports Hasbro Scrabble. Where can she play it now against others, using the Hasbro CD?

I just tried to play Guild Wars with my friend today. We both went to Ascalon City, District 2. I then told him to meet me at the Guild Registrar. He said he was right in front of him, and so was I, but he was nowhere to be found. He couldn't see me either. However, he has the two expansions (which I installed), but has no installed them yet. Would that have anything to do with anything? It seems that it's only us not seeing each other. ><
